Originally released in 2005 on Unfadeable E.R.G.'s second album, "A New Era". "Hold On Remix" has been refreshed and released in memory of Unfadeable's brother, Lerik (Bobby Martinez) as he passed away in late 2022.

A portion of earnings will be dedicated to Bobby's family he left behind.

The message of "Hold On Remix" speaks to anyone going through a difficult circumstance, encouraging the listener to wait a little longer for the light at the end of the tunnel to arrive. E.R.G. & Lerik detail the circumstances they were facing at the time of writing the lyrics. The song's Producer, Shotty, utilized this song to cope with the loss of his sister who tragically passed away weeks before Bobby's death and utilized his updated Music Production skillset from Berklee College of Music to refresh the song. He used the remix process to help him heal from all that what was going on.
